Site Manager - High End Fit Out ( London )

SITE MANAGER - London & Nationwide - High-End Fit Out - Restaurants - Prime Residences - Luxury Retailers

Are you a site manager, from a joinery background , with experience in the high-end fit out sector and is prepared to work on a PAYE/ staff basis ?

We are recruiting for the role of site manager on behalf of a high-end fit out contractor who specialise in the fit out / refurbishment of super prime residences , hotels and restaurants across London and the UK.

Due to an increase in orders from repeat clients , they are looking for additional site managers to oversee various projects across mainly London .

Duties :

• Ensuring the health, safety and well being of site operatives
• Compiling RAMS
• Coordinating sub-contractors and site labour
• Ordering materials
• Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager

Experience& Requirements:

• Able to demonstrate track record of delivering high-end fit out projects on time and to budget
• Trades background
• Able to provide references
• SMSTS ,CSCS and First Aid

The contractor is paying a salary of up to 60k , and will pay a pro rata rate for weekends , pay digs , travel expenses and will pay up front for travel to England , along with a company phone, laptop, pension and holidays .
