Receptionist/ Brand Ambassador
Premier Recruitment Solutions are working with a well-known main dealer who are looking to employ a Sales Executive to their dealership in Eastleigh/ Chandlers Ford. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive trade.
Your Main duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom, building rapport, listening to, and understanding their needs.
- Always maintain tidiness of reception areas
- Manage visitor's book and issue badges for all visitors.
- Administrative duties as required.
- Customer Service experience
- Someone with excellent communication skills, to communicate credibly with our customers, colleagues and senior management.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, recognising the individual responsibility of contributing to the performance and success of the team.
- Ability to keep up to date with complex information, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good with administration, diary management and organisation
- Able to develop rapport and trust with customers and to resolve conflict situations calmly and reasonably.
- Have a passion for customer service, be professional and well-presented with a process orientated approach.
