Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Daventry
Working Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Salary: GBP10.42 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Daventry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility.
Key Responsibilities:

General Warehouse Duties:
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
- Sorting and organizing products within the warehouse.
- Keeping the warehouse clean and well-maintained.

Quality Control:
- Inspecting products for defects and damages.
- Reporting any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.

Stock Management:
- Recording incoming and outgoing stock.
- Conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.

Team Collaboration:
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Health and Safety:
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Using equipment and machinery safely and responsibly.

Efficiency and Productivity:
- Striving to meet and exceed productivity targets.
- Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
