Salary up to 28,000 (dependant on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 -17:00
Respond to inquiries regarding service outcomes, schedule appointments, manage vehicle drop-off and collection.
Oversee and manage the workflow and schedule of the dealership.
Communicate with customers, providing updates on progress and advising them on service changes or completion times.
Utilize manufacturer systems to ensure compliance with vehicle standards and maintain dealer requirements.
Cultivate positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software
Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant training and certifications as a Service Advisor are desirable, but not essential, as continuous manufacturer training will be provided.
