In-Hire Advisor

Red Recruitment is recruiting an In-Hire Advisor to join our client who is an industry-leading specialist vehicle provider who is renowned for the level of customer service they provide. The salary for this position is between 21,000 - 23,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of an In-Hire Advisor:

• Allocating designated new claims from the Claims Requests teams
• Submitting information to the relevant party for authorisation of repairs or total loss valuation
• Discussing and reviewing liability with third party insurers and providing the necessary arguments
• Obtaining repair updates to ensure the claim progresses
• Completing all loss of use within SLA to help towards the invoicing target

Key Skills and Experience of an In-Hire Advisor:

• Competent with the use of IT and Microsoft packages
• Good customer service and administration experience
• Clear communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
