Job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for a General Manager for an incredibly popular high street cafe brand, based in central Basingstoke.Purpose of Role:To lead by example and run the store on a day to day operational basis. Everything you do will be geared towards maximizing the potential of your team, increasing sales and encouraging and sustaining customer loyalty. You have to be energetic, open and firmly committed to continuous improvement whilst having the knowledge and experience of running the operation.
