Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic individual to join a busy Rural Agency team in the West Midlands. The role will involve raising the profile of Savills Rural Agency to develop and win business, for the selling and buying of farms and estates at all levels from small farms to large estates. The role will involve pitching, preparing reports and particulars, marketing, collecting information, undertaking viewings, closing deals, using Reapit and matching buyers to properties. There is an opportunity to build upon an existing body of work and develop further clients and contacts across the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Raising personal and team profile in the West Midlands region • Securing pitching opportunities, pitching and delivering pitch reports• Arranging and conducting viewings• Providing detailed knowledge of local property sales• Preparing and writing brochures, and organising information packs and data rooms • Organising and agreeing marketing campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team• Liaising with other professionals including lawyers and accountants• Negotiating and dealing with buyers and sellers• Using Reapit (Agency CRM system), and matching buyers• Cross-selling Savills services• Developing contacts • Business development and organising networking and marketing events• Working closely with the Rural teams in the west midlands offices and wider Northern Farm Agency Team.• Ensure, in conjunction with the Head of Office, that the department is compliant with Health and Safety and all legal, internal and external requirements e.g. ISO, Health and Safety, FSA, Compliance, Estate Agency Act, GDPR, Bribery Act
