If you have some SDR experience with a SaaS business, you speak fluent German & English and you're looking for a fully remote role with a growing SaaS business with an excellent culture & progression prospects, then you need to apply to this role now.
The business recently secured their Series A funding round ($5M) & as a result are looking to further invest into their sales team. You'd be joining them at a great time, they have past that initial start-up phase & are now in full scale-up mode. They've developed an excellent solution for large mid-market & Enterprise customers & they've secured a number of well-known names as clients already (Spotify & BT for example).They're now looking to bring proactive & ambitious SDRs into the business to help to get the message out there. You'll be the door opener - whether that be with inbound enquiries, or outbound from your own research. Your role will be to identify & approach prospective customers across the DACH region who could benefit from their solution, with the goal of setting up a demo for one of the Account Executives. Given it's selling into Enterprise (and some large mid-market) customers we're looking for quality over quantity - this isn't a 100 dials/day type job. We're after solutions-led, consultative salespeople, who will properly research a target customer to identify the right angle/pitch before making contact. As it's remote, you'll also need to be someone that is well-organised with strong time management skills - i.e. someone who is fairly self-sufficient once you know the solution.
We also want an SDR who wants to progress from being a Sales Development Representative. This is one of the most important sales roles in the organisation & it's rightly well-respected, but they're a growing business & the best way for them to grow is through their people - so they're big believers in internal progression. Therefore it'll help if you would be keen to progress (likely into an Account Executive role) in the future.
