The role

As a Yopa estate agent, you're not just signing up to work under a brand name. We help you make sure that there are always new instructions to win so you can continue to build your business. They have the freedom and flexibility to run their local agencies as they want, with all the help and support of the wider team. We also provide personalised marketing support to agents, as well as extra financial incentives for self-generated leads, introducing new Yopa Territory Owners, and more.

In return, we're looking for estate agents who:

? Already have strong experience in the world of estate agency, with a proven track record in valuing and listing homes, and who can confidently see the buying and selling journey through to completion.

? Demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service, with the willingness to help customers outside of 'office hours' and go the extra mile for that sale.

? Self-starters with the drive to build a long-term business that goes beyond the end of the month or the next paycheck.
