Leasing and Marketing Manager - Student Accommodation

• GBP26,000 - GBP28,000 + 10% bonus (OTE up to GBP30,800)
• Thursday - Monday (9am - 6pm)
• Enhanced annual leave (25 + 8 bank holidays)
• GBP500 personal training budget per year
• Opt in healthcare plan

Duties:

• Responsible for successful lease-up of property
• Manage all leads/enquiries, arranging viewings and converting to bookings
• Champion the needs of the customer
• Meet KPIs and create performance reports
• Become an expert to understand the changing needs of Student Accommodation within your city
• Support/develop a team to assist with the lease-up
• Draft and propose content for social media
• Complete weekly/monthly local marketing plans
• Support with on-site events

Person Spec:

• Sales or Marketing experience within PBSA (desirable)
• Knowledge of cross-platform advertising, sales, marketing and events
• Exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and true team-player
