Housing Management Assistant - Requirements:
Must be well enthusiastic and reliable
Self-motivation is a key to this role as you will be mostly working on your own and directing staff
Valid driving licence
Hours: 40 Hours, Office opening hours are Monday Friday 8:00am 4:30pm or 9.00am 5.30pm
Education To be discussed, must have good IT skills
Accurate time keeping
Thrives under pressure

Good spoken and written English
Ability to work in a team and alone when required, using your initiative
Ability to prioritise work load and work under pressure

Housing Manager Assistant - Skills Required:
Must be able to adapt working with a variety of tenants from different backgrounds
Good communication skills as will be working with government departments
IT skills including knowledge of outlook, excel, word.
Customer Services skills
Knowledge in housing/tenancy management (desirable)
Housing Management Assistant - Responsibilities:
Dealing with tenants on a daily basis
Dealing with repair enquiries
Dealing rent payments
Taking enquiries and booking in viewing appointments.
Draw up all tenancy documentation and ensure that they are completed in a timely manner.
Dealing with various departments such as DWP, Housing Benefit, Universal Credit etc.
General lettings administration.
Investigation/dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour issues.
General office duties including answering the telephone, responding to emails, scanning, photocopying, taking messages and other duties etc.

Full Clean UK Driving License (Required)
