But that's not all - you'll also step in to assist with hire desk duties during periods of annual leave and high demand.

Key Responsibilities: As an Internal Sales Representative, you will:

  • Reach out to potential and existing customers to introduce them to our top-tier products and services.
  • Expertly address inquiries, offer detailed product knowledge, and build strong rapport with customers.
  • Thoroughly assess customer needs, guide them through the purchasing process, and effectively close sales.
  • Maintain an organised customer database and ensure information accuracy.
  • Process orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer concerns gracefully, protecting our company's sterling reputation, and forwarding important issues to your line manager.
  • Go above and beyond to meet and exceed sales targets, paving the way for future success.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all calls and sales, capturing valuable insights.
  • Step into the hire desk role when needed, contributing to team success.
