Bonus: The ability to earn anywhere up to c 3,000 per month on top of your base salary

We are in search of a skilled inside sales representative from markets such as MedTech, Software or Medical Device to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in lead generation, sales and expanding market opportunities for our company, both locally and globally. - Multi-disciplinary Approach: Employ a multi-disciplinary strategy to generate leads, drive bulk sales, and identify new market opportunities, locally and globally.
- Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue leads through various channels, including market research, networking, and online platforms.
- Sales Execution: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of our advanced solutions and addressing customer inquiries.
- Local and Global Expansion: Strategically expand our market reach, both locally and internationally, by identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
- Creative Thinking: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the company's business development strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
- Multifaceted Approach: As a member of a small start-up, be adaptable and ready to take on various responsibilities to support the company's growth.
- Previous experience in sales and lead generation, with a proven track record of successful sales within MedTech, Medical, Software arena etc
- Warm, friendly demeanor with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A multi-disciplinary approach to business development, combining market research, networking, and innovative strategies.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for building relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and time management abilities.
