Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Acquisition & Nurturing:
    • Identify and pursue new client prospects.
    • Follow up on promising sales leads to foster business growth.
  2. Customer Engagement & Quotation Management:
    • Create and manage customer quotations efficiently.
    • Greet customers warmly and manage item bookings for repair services.
  3. Sales Operations & Customer Satisfaction:
    • Conduct in-store sales, equipped with comprehensive product training.
    • Ensure timely dispatch of sales through eBay platforms.
  4. Customer Services Mastery:
    • Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints.
    • Handle supplier returns and address invoice queries adeptly.
  5. Workflow & Operations Management:
    • Oversee workshop workflows, ensuring streamlined operations.
    • Collaborate with Accounts to resolve invoicing queries promptly.
  6. Customer Interaction & Project Leadership:
    • Schedule and coordinate onsite customer visits, delivering top-notch service.
    • Oversee web design projects and manage the Fasthosts portal with provided training.
  7. Inventory & Product Expertise:
    • Monitor core product inventories and initiate timely product orders.
  8. Administrative Excellence:
    • Efficiently book in products, mastering associated processes with provided training.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in office management or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to manage and inspire a small team.
  • Strong communication prowess for customer interactions and team collaboration.
  • Adaptability to learn and excel in web design and Fasthosts portal management.
  • Experience in customer service and adeptness in complaint resolution.
  • Basic understanding or keen interest in SEO principles for business growth.
  • Due to the location and the need to meet client a car driver with own access to transport is essential.
