Fantastic opportunity for a customer focused Hotel General Manager to join an award winning, luxury 5 hotel.

Recently transformed, this luxury hotel is based in the heart of Inverness and offers an outstanding level of guest service.

As the Hotel General Manager, you will be
Assisting with check in and check out
Managing guest bookings for restaurant reservations and afternoon tea
Manage the small team
Responsible for maintaining high standards and ensuring guests satisfaction is more than exceeded
Hands on in all areas as business requires

Working hours are 5/7 days on a rota

As an ideal candidate, you will be
An Assistant General Manager or Hotel General Manager with a 5 /4 hotel background
Experienced with working in a small luxury hotel environment
Able to lead, manage and motivate a small team
Extremely hands on in all areas
Customer focused with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
Flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
