Accommodation Warden

Elevate are recruiting an Accommodation Warden for one of our valued clients.

The candidates core responsibilities will consist of:

• Multi agency working in the community.
• Carrying out inductions and inspections of properties.
• Ensuring risk assessments and health and safety are paramount.
• Maintaining accurate records of all clients and accommodations.

The candidates should have experiences of

• Managing unpredicted challenging situations
• Undertaking residential warden duties
• Flexibility of working across the city in various locations.
• Working effectively as a team
• Great communication, literacy, and IT skills

Candidates should have experiences of working as a Housing Sector or a similar position.

A Temporary Contract

DBS is required

Driving licence is required
