A great opportunity has just arisen for a Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a modern and dynamic firm based in its Sutton Coldfield office!

The Role:

The firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to handle their own caseload of matters, with the assistance of paralegals, to include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales
• Purchase
• Re-mortgage
• Transfers of equity
• New build matters

The firm has a welcoming and friendly culture and works as a team, where you will be working alongside two very experienced conveyancers.

The person:

The firm is looking for someone with over 6 years' experience, who is happy to be office-based and does not need supervision. This is a senior-level position to slot in the team but does not require management responsibilities.

The firm, which was established in South Birmingham nearly ten years ago, has grown organically from its modest start to its positions now as a well regarded practice with its primary focus on residential conveyancing work. The partners are driven and ambitious and want to further develop their presence in the residential conveyancing market through strategic growth plans.
