Permanent, Term-Time only + 5 Days
Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:30 with  40-minute unpaid break
Grade 5 Point 18 – 23, salary £27,344 - £30,151,
 Actual salary £23,386 - £25,787

Pension Scheme which the employer contribution of 19% + Employee Health Assistance Programme + Staff Wellbeing benefits

About Us:

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and inspiring individual to the role of re-integration lead. The successful candidate will re-engage those students who are severely absent from college or who disengage with lessons by working with families and staff to implement support strategies. You will maintain a disciplined and controlled environment in which students complete a set package of work both online and offline as part of their re-integration process back into college. You will liaise with subject, pastoral, behaviour and academic staff and external agencies, if appropriate to support students when reintegrating back into school after periods of absences. 

About You:

You will have the ability to provide effective support during learning activities through the use of appropriate strategies to motivate and challenge students and the ability to respond calmly and promptly to incidents, well being concerns and challenging behaviour in accordance with the role and responsibilities.
