As the Butcher Manager, you will be joining a friendly team and working within a modern production facility that boasts state-of-the-art equipment and processes.
Your rate of pay and hours of work
This position offers an attractive salary of 36,000 - 44,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work a fixed daytime shift pattern of Tuesday to Saturday, 9am - 5pm.
Responsibilities within your new role
In your new role as Butcher Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the butcher shop and ensure all HACCP and EHO guidelines are adhered to at all times. You will also understand and implement stock control procedures and financial audits while being able to produce high-quality products efficiently in order to reduce waste levels.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
A minimum of five years of butchering experience is essential, encompassing comprehensive expertise in all facets of the trade, including butchery skills and manufacturing knowledge. We are seeking candidates with a demonstrated history of effectively overseeing operations within the meat industry.
