Site Engineers, a fantastic opportunity awaits with a leading Civil Engineering and Multi-Utility firm in the picturesque North East of Scotland.

This position offers stability, as it is a full-time, permanent role.

Possess experience in Civil Engineering, including setting out and site supervision.
Demonstrate proficiency in managing, coordinating, and overseeing multiple task requirements.
Understanding of contracting principles.
Able to apply strategic thinking and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
Commercial awareness.
Adapt to flexible and challenging working conditions.
Advocate for a robust Health & Safety culture.

Site Engineer Key Responsibilities:

Assist in tender preparation and liaise with clients and Statutory Bodies.
Provide accurate progress updates to line managers and facilitate Job Instructions.
Conduct site visits, perform setting out, and create "as-Built" Drawings.
Support Health & Safety compliance, assess risk, and generate relevant RAMS.
Monitor staffing levels, assist with material requisition, and coach employees.
Ensure staff and contractors are competent, trained, and meet role requirements.
Meet statutory and contractual requirements for projects under your control.
Collaborate with the Quantity Surveyor for accurate project measurement and valuation.
Handle employee issues and contribute to staff performance monitoring.
Operate the IMS (Integrated Management System).
