We are currently looking for Seasonal Delivery Drivers for Royal Mail for their busy Autumn-Winter period.
Locations: Accrington, Blackburn, Rossendale
Contract: Temporary (peak/Christmas period)
Shifts: 5 days per week
Shifts: 8 hours per day, start times may vary
Hourly Rate: 13.37
Type of Work: Delivery Driving (some walking duties may also be required)
About the Role:
Your day will start with sorting mail at your local delivery office, loading parcels and preparing for your route. You will then embark on your delivery routes, using handheld devices.
Person Specification:
- Enthusiastic & self-motivated
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weathers
Driving License Requirements:
- You'll need a full UK manual driving license with no more than six penalty points (no DD, DR or IN codes).
