Opportunity for a well-established HR Administrator to join a highly successful and rapidly expanding business within the food industry assisting in all aspects of the employee life cycle from recruitment, payroll through to exit in a fast paced environment
As a key member of the HR Team you will help to provide a proactive, effective, engaging, and professional HR support to the site. Assist the HR Manager by ensuring the site is compliant and adhering to group company policies, procedures, initiatives and statutory legislation, whilst developing and maintaining good employee relations locally
Key Aspects will include:
Working with line managers to overcome employee relation matters
Recruitment and selection of staff
Delivery of Induction Programmes
Drafting acceptance letters and contracts
Compliance checking and keeping database up to date
Assist with payroll function
Liaison with external employment agencies
Actively and confidentially support HR Manager with change management initiatives including structural changes, shift changes
Candidate Qualities:
Proven history within a Human Resources role
Previous experience within the food sector would be ideal
Excellent communication skills
Highly Motivated and willing to go the extra mile .
