As they grow so does their need to ensure that they continue to improve and operate in the safest possible way, and this is where the Quality and Health and Safety Engineer comes in!
The scope of the Quality and Health and Safety Engineer role is endless, however - the primary duties will be:
• Support the development and maintenance of the Business Management System to comply with AS3100, ISO9001 and ISO13485
• Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of Health and Safety System to align with ISO 45001
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Providing a valuable support function to collation of internal audit collateral
• Conducting supplier audits
We are interested in connecting with any improvement focused individuals from an engineering or manufacturing background, who has:
• A HNC in Electronics, Engineering or similar
• Management level Health and Safety knowledge, preferably with a NEBOSH Certificate
• Experience working to AS 9100, ISO 13485 OR IATF 16949
• An understanding of problem solving/investigating tools, such as - 8D, CAPA AND/OR 5-Whys
• Strong communication skills and can present data to all business levels
In return for their loyalty the Quality and Health and Safety Engineer will be offered:
• A starting salary of GBP35,000
• Biannual profit share scheme
• Mon-Thu (Apply online only) and Fri (Apply online only)
