Duty Manager

What you'll be doing?

As a Duty Manager, you will have a key position in supportingall departments. Ultimately, this role is around enhancing guest service, buildingrelationships with guests and maintaining regular contact with them throughouttheir stay. You will support other departmentsduring pressure points of service, and be an integral go to' person for bothguests and managers.

And so, you will leadfrom the front in delivering inspirational service and total guest satisfactionwhilst also identifying opportunities to upsell products and services that areavailable, maximising sales where possible.

What you'll need?

Ideally, you will already have hotel Front Officeexperience ideally at Team Leader level; OR

You may have recently graduated and already havesignificant Reception or F&B experience gained either during a placement yearor part-time experience.

Either way, you'll be looking for a role that canwiden your experience and be a stepping stone to a future Head of Departmentrole.

Most important is your proven skills/ability to:

• Be professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering first class experiences to guests and hotel residents, high standards will be second nature to you;
• You will be highly attentive with strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to build relationships with guests and members of the hotel team
• A warm and welcoming personality is key, with high standards of professionalism and a drive to provide a memorable experience for each and every guest.
• To preferably have knowledge of hotel reservations systems, and Microsoft Office skills.
