As part of our transition to a stand alone business, we are setting up a new HR Shared Services function and need talented HR Advisors to join us at this exciting time! As an HR Advisor for our Shared Service team, you'll be responsible for supporting the business in all HR, Payroll, Reward and System queries. The HR Advisor will provide first class advice and service to all colleagues across the Highbourne Group. As HR Advisor your expertise will be vital in ensuring our colleagues have a primary point of contact & resolution support in everything they need!
You ll be supported by a growing and evolving HR team who are committed to putting our colleagues at the heart of everything we do.
This role is a hybrid role, with regular travel to Head Office in Crick, Northampton
The Role:

Areas of focus will include:

Deliver quick, accurate and friendly colleague support to all roles, levels and brands in the business. This could be online support via the phone, email, portal or chat, or alternatively offline support through the processing of transactions in our various systems

Provide a high level of customer service to our colleagues, continuously looking for opportunities to improve the service and people experience provided

Take ownership of people queries, engage with relevant departments to ensure a comprehensive response is provided back to the employee in an easy to understand manner

Adapt communication style to the needs of the audience and look for opportunities to coach our colleagues to improve their capability and confidence

Professionally deal with confidential information and discuss sensitive issues confidentially; adhere to data protection legislation
This role is a hybrid opportunity with travel to our Head Office in Crick, Northampton.
