Job title: Personal Assistant
Location: Home based with office visits in Camberley when needed
Contract length: 3 Months contract - For the suitable candidate, the role would go permanent afterwards
Pay rate: GBP15-20 per hour based on previous experience
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently looking for a Personal Assistant / Scheduler on behalf of a global leading utilities company.
We are looking to appoint someone whose primary purpose of the role is supporting 2 senior managers. Act as an Ambassador for the company. As a PA you would be managing the day to day diary management and admin tasks for absence managers across the business.
Responsibilities
Diary Management including overseas travel
Managing travel Expenses
Organizing team events i.e Christmas parties, summer socials, offsite team meetings
Designing and maintaining Sharepoint sites
Maintain Org charts
Creating slide packs & agenda for team meetings
Supporting with new starters and leavers
Day-to-day support for the team - ad-hoc queries, info point!
Set up end of year reviews in line with the FLOW process
Ordering office equipments like PPE kit, stationery
Responsible for timesheet approvals
Key Skills
Experience in assisting Managers at high level
Confidently and diplomatically communicates at all levels - written and verbal
Ability to collaborate with culturally diverse colleagues and customers at all levels across
Helpful and patient
Comfortable with multitasking
Good at planning ahead
Good IT knowledge
Confident with MS office and Sharepoint
