Labour/plasterer/multi-skilled operative required for an immediate start in Carlisle, Cumbria.
Work will run for 1 year and you will be employed on a temp to perm basis, with work running in the Cumbria area for the next 3 - 4 years.
Requirement is for kitchen retrofits, 150 Kitchens in total, on a social housing site.
Work details are as follows:
Renew plaster within kitchens, including dub out (as required,) Thistle bonding coat and finish, skim to finish flush with existing surfaces
Assistance with other site duties as directed by site manager, including transporting goods between warehouse, site compound and properties as necessary
General labouring & site assistance
Rate is GBP16.00 per hour, site hours 7.30am to 4.30pm, Monday - Friday
Applicants must have own tools, valid CSCS and checkable references - own van would be beneficial but not essential as this can be provided
