Customer service assistant / sales support assistant required on a temp to perm basis.

The role of our Team member is to play an integral part of the companies customer service process. Being at the heart of the customer experience, your role is to ensure that both our Trade and Customer orders, enquiry handling is positive and efficient.

This role is office based with parking on site.

Customer Service Roles and Responsibilities.

Processing incoming Customer Orders in Sales Order Processing (phone & Email)

Dealing with customer queries via online live chat

Making courier labels

Customer Collections

Handling customer queries and complaints

Tracking deliveries with couriers (online & phone)

Taking payments online or on the card machine, occasional cash handling

Use of programmes: Microsoft Office word, Labelling systems, Teams.

Occasional Picking and packing where required

A friendly team player willing to be flexible and chop and change between tasks in an active working environment would be super.

Working hours will be Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm and on a rota basis x2 Saturdays in 8 weeks (either paid or time off in lieu).
