Think Accountancy and Finance are working with a expanding business in Chesham in the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant. This role is Part time, ideally around 20 hours across 5 days a week based in the office.

The ideal person will be well versed in Xero and have worked in a role across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

The client is looking for someone who is self-motivated and confident. The role will be varied and requires someone who is able to prioritise effectively. You will have a minimum of 4 years in a similar all round role.

  • Credit Control
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Staff Expenses
  • Stock invoices
  • Purchase Orders
  • Statement of Accounts
  • Sending out remittances
  • Creditor and Debtor reporting
  • Supplier queries
  • Payment run
  • Petty Cash
