An experienced Credit Controller is required to join our client s growing team in their fast paced business.
This role is offered with the opportunity for career progression due to growth within the group.
You will be working as part of a small team and will be responsible for your share of the sales ledger, managing day to day enquiries and collection of outstanding B2B debt.
Specific duties will include:
- Timely and effective collection of all debts - business to business.
- Allocating customer payments.
- Checking customer s credit ratings with banks.
- Negotiating re-payment plans.
- Resolving credit control queries.
- Posting and allocating daily receipts.
- Maintaining and building strong client relationships.
- Financial reporting on Excel.
You must have a good understanding of credit control processes with at least 2 years relevant experience, have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be IT literate.
Within commuting distance of places such as Bedford, Kettering and Northampton.
