Culina Group, a well established leader in the logistics market is recruiting for a Environmental, Health and Safety Administrator on a permanent basis to be based at our Lutterworth site.

The right candidate will be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Health and Safety. They will be able to work independently or as part of a team and will be able to communicate at all levels of the business.

As an Environmental, Health and Safety Administrator working for Culina Group, your role will be to provide essential administrative support to the Safety, Health and Environmental team. This role is for someone looking for a fast-paced, dynamic and varied role with the opportunity to gain experience, develop professionally and become a key part of the Health and Safety team.

Job Description

The Environmental, Health and Safety Administrator will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

To facilitate the day to day running of the Central H&S Department

Requesting and compiling information required for the monthly Board Slides

Collating the safety accident and incident data monthly

Running the central team e-mail account

Liaising with insurers on information required for defence of EL claims

Monitoring the SESS reports and Allianz reports and producing a monthly spreadsheet with all of the information collated into one resource for the ops and safety teams

Organising cars, PO s, fuel issues, expenses, stationary and PPE orders for the central safety team

Organising meetings, booking rooms and lunches with the relevant sites

Booking the training courses ran by the safety team and populating with delegates

Qualifications

Proficient in all Microsoft packages

Highly organised

Capable of working to deadlines without direct supervision

Capable of running training diaries and interfacing with all levels of the business

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Aspirations to learn about Occupational Health and Safety with opportunity to progress within the team

An effective communicator
