A specialist plastics processing and reprocessing facility is currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to run their nightshift. This role will be responsible for maintaining optimum levels of output, ensuring customer orders are met in full and on time.
Your duties as Production Supervisor will include -
Running of the shift, responsible for a small team
Starting machinery for the correct running conditions and material types
Shredding, granulating and re-compoundingTo be successful in the role of Production Supervisor, the ideal candidate will -
Have a background in plastic extrusion, with hands-on processing experience
Be experienced in man management
Be able to lift heavy items
Likely hold the same job title, or similar such as Extrusion Foreman, lead Extrusion Setter, or Extrusion TeamleaderBased on the outskirts of Leicester near Whetstone, this role is commutable from Coventry, Rugby, Tamworth, Castle Donnington, and Corby.

A salary of up to GBP38,600, plus bonuses
Full time - 4 X 12 hr shifts - paid hour lunch
