Our client has enjoyed success across Norfolk and Suffolk. You will be supporting the General Manager in leading the team and growing the business.
The Role:
Promoting a culture of shared responsibility for always doing the right things for our clients teams and customers.
Work closely with the management team to ensure the highest standards
Ensuring great customer experiences each and every time you interact with them.
Develop, motivate & inspiring your team The Idea candidate will have:
Be comfortable turning your hand to to any area needed
Have previous pub, hotel or restaurant experience
Be an exceptional communicator and a genuine team player with a natural and caring leadership style.
Strong understanding of financial and hospitality KPIs
