Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP50,000 per annum (Depending on Experience),

The Role - Energy Key Account Manager:

With the steep rise in energy prices and ESG becoming a priority for most large businesses - there is an expanding need for our consultancy services. To seize this opportunity, we are looking to hire additional Energy Key Account Managers / Energy Consultants to grow our UK consulting team.

We are looking for a bright and dynamic Consultant with a minimum of 2+ years experience within the Energy Sector (Third Party Intermediary and/or Supplier) with the skills to develop strong business to business communications.

We are also looking for Graduate Trainee s with a Business, Economics, or related degree to fill the position of Associate Consultant for those looking to forge a career in the Energy Sector.

The role is generally an office-based position at our UK Headquarters in Redhill. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake reasonable travel throughout the UK & Ireland to visit clients / suppliers, therefore a valid driving license is essential.

Offering full-service support to our high profile, Industrial & Commercial clients
Client liaison, providing recommendations, advice, and solutions to meet the client s energy management, energy procurement, energy efficiency and sustainability goals
Attending regular business meetings, with a focus on understanding the client s needs and upselling the appropriate NUS services to the client base. A critical yardstick of performance is focused on client retention
Ensuring smooth, efficient, and on-time service delivery
Handling and processing contract renewals
Presenting additional value-added opportunities to clients
Ensuring client records are accurately maintained
Making sure clients pay consultancy invoices as per T&C s
Reviewing energy and sustainability strategies for the coming year
Informing clients about their options regarding energy procurement, usage / efficiency and sustainability
Helping clients implement solutions to improve their energy efficiency
Providing clients with support on implementing sustainability strategies
For the Key Account Management / Consultant position experience of risk managed flexible procurement, non-commodity charges, bureau services, is desirable
Developing and implementing energy procurement - maintaining consistent contact, identifying existing (and developing) requirements, and delivering solutions
Managing international service projects and co-ordination of service delivery with International Project Managers
Person Specification - Energy Key Account Manager:

No specific degree is required (although for the Graduate Trainee role(s) we are looking for Business, Economics, or associated graduates), but degree applicants will also be considered. More importantly you should have a proven track record in the energy sector in a client facing role, be eager to learn and be passionate about providing great client service
Must hold a clean UK driving license
A commercial / business orientated mind-set is ideal
You should live in the local area or within reasonable commuting distance from the office in Redhill within the London & the Southeast region (Redhill is 30 minutes by train from Central London / Guildford, 1 hour from Brighton / Reading and is 5-10 minutes drive from junction 6, 7 or 8 of the M25).
