Office Administrator / Office Assistant / Office Coordinator
GBP21,000 - GBP27,500 (dependent upon experience)
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
We are currently recruiting for a busy and varied Office Administrator / Office Assistant / Office Coordinator role based in Hinckley. Working within a team of 2, this is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who loves being busy, challenged and does not want to get bored. You will enjoy spinning lots of plates and be interested in playing a key role in the day to day operations of a business.
Duties will include, but shall not be limited to:
Preparing customer quotations
Order processing
Diary management
Dealing with customer enquiries
Accounts admin
Stock control
Import/export administration
The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role where you would have had to provide varied operational support to the office. You will have excellent IT skills and be willing to learn new systems. Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal are a must, along with excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail and a flexible working attitude.
Salary will be dependent upon experience.
