A well regarded regional firm are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Legal Secretaries to join teams based in Ipswich, accross multiple departments (Commercial Property/Commercial and Family). This role benefits from a competitive salary of GBP23,000 upwards p.a (DoE) along with hybrid working.
Tasks will include:
Dedicated secretarial and administrative support to Departmental Head, Partners and senior Fee Earners
Audio and copy typing of correspondence and documents on a day to day basis
Maintenance of fee earner diary on a daily basis
Opening and closing of files
Support with billing as instructed by the fee earner and liaising with Finance
Skills Required:
Ability to build sound relationships with colleagues throughout the firm.
High standards of accuracy and presentation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High levels of client care
