Better starts and ends with the customer In this role you will work closely with our Head of Partner Strategy & Solutions, providing clear visibility to the achievement of Partner Strategy & Solutions strategic initiatives and the organizations alignment to the strategic priorities of Western Union. The successful candidate will provide strategic thought leadership to global teams, driving execution on key initiatives and providing financial management, oversight and support. In this important role you ll build and maintain relationships with cross-functional and regional stakeholders, at all levels, and coordinate regular touchpoints, such as Quarterly Business Reviews with each Region. You ll play a critical role in partnering with the leaders in the annual planning process, agreeing on delivery of key initiatives and headcount planning. Communication is a fundamental aspect of this role, with responsibility for planning and leading All Hands Calls and Newsletters, leadership team meetings.To be successful in this role you will have significant and substantial experience of managing at the executive level and you ll be able to point to key initiatives where you ve had significant influence. You ll have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively. Also, track records of successful delivery of complex programs and projects and experience in delivering business strategy and financial discipline in a cross functional working environment.
