We are looking for a number of dedicated Customer Service Agents to join a new and exciting team Our client, a fabulous fashion organisation are seeking exceptional staff to support their customers with a wide range of enquires and queries.
Duties include but are not limited to -
Placing telephone mail orders for customers.
Responding to a high volume of queries via email, telephone and live chat
Looking up stock for customer requests
Contacting customers to ascertain data omitted on orders.
Knowledge of all product linesTo be successful in this role, you must be able to work a full 37.5 hour week with varied shifts between the hours of
Mon-Fri 9:00-17:30/11.30 - 8.00pm
