Working in two-week sprints, you will ensure all scrum ceremonies are taking place, help to ensure the Product Owner has refined and prioritised the backlog and promote the use of Agile practices, values and principles
Variety of work. There is no typical day. Your team could be working on anything from migrations to delivering new features, product enhancements, or creating new service
You're always learning through our established Scrum Master community of Practice, collaborating with like minded colleagues and sharing this with your team
You're comfortable working in challenging situations, support teams through changes, promoting transparency and quality in everything we do

A degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills and experience to do the job. To be successful in this role, you'll have 1-3 years of experience in the same or similar role.
