Product Manager

SF Recruitment are supporting a leading supplier of fasteners and components to the Manufacturing industry in recruiting for a Product Manager to join the team on a permanent basis in Stokenchurch, High Wycombe. Salary: GBP40,000 p.a. + Annual Bonus + Health Shield Cash Plan + Cycle Scheme + Pension + Holiday (Can also buy additional holiday) + Life Insurance. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. The Role: - As the Product Manager you will increase efficiencies to provide the sales team with the tools and support to generate new business. - Improve OTIF (on time in full), margins and customer satisfaction. - Review and make recommendations to current processes to reduce error potential and unnecessary logistics costs. - Ensuring all relevant product master data sits on the ERP system. - Working with the Sales and Procurement teams to ensure all products are set up to match the customer/product profile. - Analysis of markets, competitors and product ranges. The Candidate: As the successful candidate for the Product Manager, you will have the following: - High degree of commercial acumen, understanding market analysis and entrepreneurial spirit to ensure products deliver on-going sales or customer value growth. - Strong data analysis and management to analyse and interpret large data sets.
