FRS-UK are actively recruiting for a Service & Commissioning Engineer to install and commission smart automation systems in QSR and Fast Casual Kitchens.
You will provide first response field support, being the main point of contact for our customers, with a key part of this role to ensure continuous operation of customer kitchens by undertaking proactive maintenance of our robotic systems and diagnosing and resolving issues as they occur.
This role will be predominantly field based across the UK. In the short term the majority of locations are in London and the South East of England. The hours will be 9.30am-6.00pm, Monday to Friday but you should expect to work flexibly to suit customer requirements. An unsociable hours enhancement will be paid for out-of-hours working when require
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Ensure our smart kitchen robotic systems are actively running at all times in our customer s commercial kitchens
Diagnosing and fixing issues that occur on site
Oversee and manage an issues across multiple sites and liaising with HQ to create resolution plans
Participate with the installation operation of machines into new sites.
Supporting Customers through restaurant service to ensure a smooth operation of the systems as required
Generating regular field operation reports for installed systems
Supporting the continuous development of our data analysis to improve the service Karakuri provides.
Qualifications and Training:
Minimum Level 3/4 Technical Qualification or equivalent technician qualification / experience to demonstrate technical knowledge and capability
Driving licence + access to a vehicle
Full training will be provided
