The role

The main purpose of the role as a Property Officer (PRS Portfolio) will provide be to provide a quality, helpful, responsive and value for money service to all Private Rental Sector (PRS) residents.

As a Property Officer (PRS Portfolio) within the Residential Management team, you will be responsible for driving exceptional levels of customer service to make Redwing a landlord of choice. You will recognise that this is an inherently mobile customer base, and understand that provide them with an efficient, quality, and hassle-free service is central to retaining existing business, building our reputation, and attracting new customers.

The right fit

Proven track record in a sales environment.

NAEA/ARLA/NFOPP Qualification

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate appropriately with people at all levels.

Ability to demonstrate empathy in dealing with and resolving dispute situations.

Evidence of working flexibly and adapting to changing requirements.
