As we continue to grow and evolve, we are now looking to add to our already highly successful team and appoint a Sales Operations Manager; an individual that is eager to streamline and optimise sales performance, through evolution, integration, implementation and governance's around sales support systems and process improvement. As our Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role within our sales leadership team, responsible for the oversight of the end to end sales method, reducing any friction in the sales process to ensure our sales team are more efficacious and successful, ensuring opportunities are well managed and win rates are maximised.

What will you be doing?

Day-today management of the end-to-end sales process

Oversee the sales pipeline, to ensure accuracy and reliability in forecasting.

Understand and evaluate current process and pipeline metrics and where necessary recommend improvements.

By studying and understanding past data and performance trends, forecast future sales and report on future goals and needs

Identify any sticking points that could impact performance and propose and implement new solutions to bring improvement

Ensure the sales team have the right tools they need to success by ongoing evaluation of usage and capability

Implement process and accountability for accuracy of customer data

Work closely with other team members and the business to further develop metrics, KPIs, analytics and dashboards to provide performance measurement and drive business insight.

Develop and implement comprehensive models and reporting tools tracking opportunities from lead generation to revenue recognition, account development and retention

Understand how to deliver an exceptional customer experience and the ensure sales process has a positive impact on this

Develop good working relationships across all departments

Take personal responsibility for and actively engage in product, systems and skills training and development

Package

Salary - GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 (dependant on experience)

Performance related bonus (based on lead growth)
