Seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused individual, who is confident liaising with customers over the telephone, via email and occasionally face to face.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to join a growing business with fantastic progression opportunities. This a full time, permanent position, offering a starting salary of GBP21,500 per annum- Monday - Friday, plus great company benefits.

THE ROLE:
Manage customer expectations in a timely manner.
Ensure customer queries regarding deliveries are dealt with and reported to accounts.
Ensure the customer requirements sheet is kept up to date.
Accurate attention to detail when entering data onto the system.
Deliver exceptional levels of service always, over the both the telephone, face to face and via email.
Highly organised on a daily basis.
Be able to work as part of a team but also autonomously.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Previous retail / fashion experience - desirable.
Confident communicating with customers over the telephone, via email or face to face.
Fluent spoken and written English.
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
Outgoing and friendly personality.
