Anderson Knight are recruiting a full-time HR Administrator (6 month FTC) for our client in Glasgow, the client offers flexibility around remote working, allowing you to work from home up to 4 days per week. This HR Admin position is primarily focused on the employee relations (ER), therefore some previous experience within this field would be required.
Main Responsibilities
First line of contact for all employee relations matters
Providing base line advice on disciplinaries and grievances
Involvement in meetings with the wider ER team, minute taking where necessary
Recording and producing ER casework information
Ensuring the HR system is kept up to date with accurate ER information
Regularly updating trackers
Process paperwork in relation to family-friendly policies, absence management, probationary periods as well as other formal and informal processes
Produce basic ER reports
Monitor and update ER management information in a timely fashion in line with SLA s
Essential Criteria
Good knowledge of UK Employment Law
Previous experience with ER, particularly handling absences, performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals and investigations
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Time management skills
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
