Anderson Knight are recruiting an experienced Resourcing Consultant to support our Glasgow based client on an interim basis for 8 months. This role involves hybrid working and can be based in either Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth or Aberdeen. The client would ideally be looking for a full time post holder however if you are looking for part time or flexible working arrangements you are also welcome to apply as this is open to discussion.
The Main Duties of the Resourcing Consultant are:
Providing and delivering an effective and fair recruitment service to a range of hiring managers, while providing advice and guidance in line with recruitment best practice
Manage the end to end recruitment process from initial briefings with hiring managers through to managing the offer process
Develop effective and engaging advertisements to increase and maintain candidate traction
Ability to initiate and implement new candidate attraction strategies and direct candidate sourcing via various online channels including LinkedIn, social media and utilising job boards
Focusing on continuous improvement. Initiate and implement new services, systems, and technology to improve key processes.
To be considered for the Resourcing Consultant position, you must:
Have atleast 2 years previous recruitment experience, ideally inhouse or with an RPO
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Have the ability to adapt your style in line with the level/type of role you are recruiting for
Be a team player and flexible in line with business needs, supporting with adhoc projects where necessary.
Good working knowledge of recruitment tools including job boards and platforms such as Linkedin
Desirable Criteria
As this is a fixed term contract, the client is looking for someone to start ASAP
Experience of recruiting in utilities or engineering
