Experienced Service Advisor required for prestige dealership based in Billericay, Essex. Working within a small team you will be the first point of contact for customers vising the dealership. You will report to the service manager and workshop controller.
Duties will include:
Dealing with customers face to face who are bringing their cars in for service or repair
Dealing with incoming phone calls for service bookings
Keeping customers up to date on the progress of their vehicle
Invoicing customers
Selling service plans and extras to customers
Liaising closely with the workshop regarding customer queries and repairs
Hours are 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, working one saturday every two weeks (phone number removed)
GBP23,000 - GBP24,000 per annum basic plus bonus = GBP28,000 per annum
