We are now recruiting for Multi Skilled Warehouse Operatives to join our chilled distribution operation at our depot in Stafford.
Job Description
What You ll Do
Working in a fast-paced environment, our Multi Skilled Operatives are responsible for operating a reach FLT, replenishing empty picking locations, putting away of incoming customer stock, pallet relocation, picking and marshalling of packaged chilled products, and the loading and unloading of pallets on to vehicle trailers.
As a business, we pride ourselves in providing an excellent work life balance for our colleagues by operating on a 4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern. For this role, our shift pattern would cover both days and nights on a rotational basis.
Week 1, 4 Days 7.00am to 7.00pm Hourly Rate of GBP12.90
Week 2, 4 Nights 7.00pm to 7.00am Hourly Rate of GBP12.90
The role offers a competitive salary of GBP26,830 with overtime opportunities available. Our overtime shifts are paid at time and a half (x1.5) of the standard hourly rate for each hour worked.
Qualifications
What You ll Need
A valid Reach FLT licence or proof of previous experience is needed to be considered. Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We are looking for applicants with a strong work ethic and real attention to detail, who want to build a career in logistics. Our roles are based in a busy distribution centre, so colleagues will be constantly active throughout their working shift.
