Design Support Specialist - Hale, Greater Manchester
Salary: GBP20,000.00 - GBP25,000.00 per year + Life Assurance and pension scheme

Our client is a UK leader in the manufacture and design of bespoke handcrafted kitchens. Their attention to detail and material sourcing is what defines their Kitchens, coupled with a personalised approach to design and installation.
Our client uses the latest technology whilst incorporating traditional handcrafted techniques. This guarantees expert carpentry, which is perfect for those finishing touches and the secret to what makes each kitchen unique.
We are currently on the hunt for a Design Support Specialist to be based in their Hale Showroom.
Main Purpose of the Role:
To provide administrative and design support to the Kitchens Sales Team and co-ordinate the process from sale to fit for each of your customer s kitchens.
Excellent communication skills will be required for this role, as the successful candidate will need to communicate with not only customers, but with the Surveyor, Supply Chain, Internal Account Managers, and our Installation Management Team as well.
You will be responsible for the end to end administrative kitchen sales process which makes this an important, varied and demanding role.
The successful candidate will be expected to work with the user base to provide assistance and, where necessary, training on the use of the internal IT Systems. They will also work with their IT Peers and other stakeholders to support the analysis and assist in the implementation of various IT projects.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following: -
Excellent organisation skills - Effective management, organisation, and prioritisation of showroom office administration.
Great communication skills - Clearly conveying and receiving messages to meet the needs of all. This involves listening, interpreting, and delivering verbal, non-verbal, written, and electronic messages.
Completion of CAD drawings to a professional standard in a timely manner.
Specifying and pricing projects for clients.
Making required changes / alterations needed to drawings / specifications accurately as and when required.
Processing the order to meet the agreed timelines.
Skills and Experience Required
Experience of working in the kitchen industry is essential
Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service.
Adaptability - Personal willingness and ability to work in and adapt to change.
Team working - Working cooperatively and productively with others to achieve results.
CAD experience is essential and Articad planner experience would be preferable.
