We are looking to recruit a dynamic General Manager for one of North Wales leading tourism and leisure companies. If you have hospitality management experience then this is your chance to join an award-winning, people focused business.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading, inspiring and motivating your Food & Beverage team with the aim to maximise and grow F&B sales, profit, service & quality, guest satisfaction and team retention
Deliver Year on year Sales Growth and exceed budgets
Driving Sales through outstanding delivery of food, drink and service
Staff management, training, retention and staff rotas
Overseeing all business areas with a keen eye for detail, ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered
Utilising guest feedback to increase performance against KPI s.
All aspects of health and safety, audits, proactively managing hygiene levels across site
Maximise profit contribution, monitoring cost control and coach managers to improve their ability to control costs and add value
Working with staff to ensure that guest satisfaction is paramount at all times
We are keen to talk to you if you have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in a similar general management / operational role within the hospitality sector
Good knowledge of legislative requirements including Health and Safety, Food Safety, Liquor Licensing, and Employment Law
Excellent organisational and leadership skills with an ability to think on your feet
A passionate leader with the ability to inspire, motivate and support others, previous staff management experience
The ability to produce and work to budgets, with demonstrable financial acumen
A confident communicator with excellent written and communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills, able to provide the best guest experience
Detail orientated, with proficient IT skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
In exchange you will receive a competitive starting salary of GBP28,000 per annum. This is a permanent, full-time position that will include working weekends.
